RECENT DEATH:  We pray for John Ryan, Johnstown, Naas whose Funeral Mass took place this Saturday in Kill Church with burial afterwards in St. Conleth’s Cemetery, Kildare Town. May he rest in peace.

MONTHS MIND: Mass will be offered for Peter Walsh, St. Patrick’s Park this Saturday 22nd June at 7.30pm in Kill Church. May he rest in peace.

VIGIL OF PRAYER FOR VOCATIONS
: On the Feast of the Sacred Heart there will be a vigil of prayer for vocations to the Priesthood and the Consecrated Life in the Church of the Irish Martyrs, Ballycane, on Friday night 28 June. Mass at 7.30pm, followed by exposition of the Blessed Sacrament with moments of guided prayer and silent adoration until Midnight, concluding with the Office of Readings and Benediction. Confession at specific times.

KILL ACTIVE RETIREMENT MEMBERS: Your committee officers are looking forward to seeing all members who have booked a place for our “Summer Break Barbecue” in The Old House Pub next Monday 24th June at 2pm.

KILL HISTORY GROUP: Next meeting Monday 24th June in the Parish Meeting Room at 8.30pm. Guest speaker: Mr Paddy Walsh, who will talk about the famous 20th century photographer Fr. Browne and his vast collection of photographs of Irish life, taken during his lifetime. Admission is free and everyone is welcome
